Our story

It started with a five-year-old on a mat.

Tiger Shroff began training in martial arts at the age of five. That early discipline, the focus, the respect, the daily habit of showing up, shaped everything that came after, on screen and off it. MMA Matrix Gym was built to give that same start to everyone: an MMA cage, real coaching, and a belief that fitness isn't a phase you discover in your twenties, but a foundation you can lay at five and carry past seventy.
